This morning started with a visit to an amazing restaurant called SenTay Ho with ‘Sen’ meaning Lotus. SenTay Ho is an amazing restaurant in that it caters for thousands of guests across buffet and function styles simultaneously. We met with Gip who is the Head Chef who was able to provide some amazing facts about how such a large enterprise operates so successfully.
we were then treated to a tour of the facility which included the buffet areas and wedding area which was being set up or a wedding this evening.
Tonight we came back to SentayHo for dinner to see the facility in action and enjoy dinner which involved selecting from over 200 dishes including some weird and wonderful dishes.
