An interesting question and the answer is Richie Fawcett who is a celebrated English bartender and artist – hence Bartist.
The Cloud 9 project featured work by Richie who was drawing in front of a live audience and featuring some of his signature tallest towers of Saigon, in which he has been drawing the tallest buildings in Saigon over history.
One of the unique blends of his skills came in that Richie also designed the cocktails for the evening and each cocktail was inspired by one of the buildings he has drawn – what an interesting concept to create cocktails inspired by buildings.
