Since 2010 Tim has been involved with a two week study tour experience which has seen many students travel to Vietnam to see their industry in an international context. As part of these experiences students have visited a restaurant in which eight teams of chefs serve over 200 individual dishes to in excess of 2,000 people per night, the have taken the game of Australian Rules Football to Vietnam and donated the equipment we have used to the host institutions, visited social enterprises which support homeless and disadvantaged youth and meet a number expatriates who talk about working and living in a foreign country.
