Today we visited the Temple of Literature in Hanoi, the oldest university in Vietnam dating back to 1070.
This is a great location for students to parallel their own journey with the journey of the many scholars who also travelled many miles to come to the Temple seeking learning.
Given the sense of nostalgia myself and the Happy Buddha wore our regalia to add to the sense of occasion for our visit.
At the same time as our visit were many local Vietnamese students who were graduating university were at the Temple to take commemorative photos of their graduation, as you can see below we became part of the photo session, with the Happy Buddha fielding many requests
Overall a great day at the Temple of Literature
